Locust Court is a Public Housing unit for family tenants only. It's located at Bernard & Adams Streets in West Chester PA. Locust Court has a variety of unit sizes to choose from: 9 two-bedroom units, 13 three-bedroom units, 1 four-bedroom unit, and 3 five-bedroom units.
