Applicant Portal
Welcome to the Applicant Portal for the Public Housing Program . Here you will be able to apply for one or more of the available Waiting Lists for the many sites we service. In the near future the Applicant Portal will be upgraded so that you can send HACC notice of any changes in your status that might affect your position on the waiting list. Qualification for specific preferences determines your position on the list along with the time that you applied. It is very important that you notify HACC of any change that might qualify you for an additional preference because that may move you into a better position on the waiting list of your choice.
So how does this all work? When you are ready simply click the link shown below and you will be directed to the Applicant Portal screen. You will create a log in and password. To do so you will need to enter your birth date, last four digits of your social security number and your name. It's that simple! In the future you will just enter your log in name and password and you will go directly to your information.
The Applicant Portal will eventually show your position on any waiting list that you were accepted to. If you are not sure of what site you want to be considered for you can check out our developments page on this website to see what those units look like.
Please remember that being on any waiting list, even in a high position, does not guarantee you an apartment. The HACC must have a vacancy and you must meet all of the qualifications for the Public Housing program to be offered one. Please also remember that if you are fortunate enough to be called in to be processed for determining your eligibility, you must be able to provide verification of any preferences that you may have claimed.
Please remember that the 2 bedroom waiting lists are closed for all sites except Fairview Village, Phoenixville. If you apply for a closed waiting list your application will not be processed.
